As part of the mortgage application process lenders typically require visibility of the following documents: -

  • Proof of identification (e.g. Passport)
  • Proof of address
  • Three months personal bank statements
  • Three months payslips or three years accounts along with SA302s if self employed

Additionally lenders could ask for previous years P60s if they contain bonus or overtime payments
